Walking forward through the city, breathing it in and reflecting back on our place in the eco system has never been more important. The opportunity to look at and consider the different stories and moments created feels like a particularly special thing to do right now as we go through such a vidid moment of our own time. There’s always been something deep I’ve taken from looking at the collision of spaces in London, watching people tread the same steps as millions of others, each one representing a different journey all crossing over in the same space.

As a music producer my medium is sound. For the wandering I use a combination of field recordings and recorded discussions on the walks to capture and translate the energy in the air as the country come out of lockdown and heads toward our first summer outside of the European Union. This moment feels like something that should be documented sonically, in the same way people buried time capsules in the millennium. I want to leave the listener with a vivid picture of the unsaid and felt as the country moves towards and exciting new chapter in our history.
